This cake is a Polynesian theme ... I wanted to add some trees and some shells but not enough notice to make them or for them to dry so I stuck with the flowers. I still think it turned out cute.
This cake was fun to make! Half of it is a beach scene with piping gel water and brown sugar sand.. the trim around the outside of the cake are cookies. The other half of the cake is a volcano island made from cake and covered with fondant.
