This is a 6 inch triple layer red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and frosting. I had some issues with the frosting ... it was delicious but it didn't want to thicken up to stay on the cake so I had to put it in the fridge. I added a bunch of fondant roses to the top to make it pretty.
