I made this cake for my daughter's 4th birthday party. She had picked out which cake she liked and since I had two cakes to make for the same day I went with the easier design that included ready made towers but I think next time I will make my own they were hard to use and didnt want to stick into the cake. The cake is a triple layered chocolate on the bottom and the top portion is a double layer chocolate. It is covered in butter cream but the trees, flowers and lettering are all made from fondant. It turned out really cute and everybody liked it.
