I made these cupcakes for my daughters preschool... they are white cupcakes dyed green with a swirl of green frosting and shamrocks made from fondant. Two of them I added Shamrock cupcake collars to as there are 2 kids that have allergies in her preschool class and I wanted their cupcakes to be special also.
