Red Velvet Cupcakes
These are red velvet cupcakes with homemade cream cheese frosting... I added some chocolate to the top just to give it something special.
Yellow Swirl Cake
This is a basic 8 inch cake I made ... it is french vanilla with banana pudding filling. I decorated it with yellow swirls of butter cream and then added on some large non perils for that added color.
Twilight/New Moon - Who would you choose? Cake
This is the cake I made for my daughter's 13th birthday... the theme was Who would you choose? It is a half sheet ... half is chocolate cake with chocolate pudding filling and chocolate chunks the other half is yellow cake with butter cream frosting. The whole thing is decorated with butter cream except for a few fondant decorations.

Twilight/New Moon Book Cake
This cake was right up my alley... I LOVE the Twilight Saga so I had alot of fun making this cake. It is a chocolate cake with butter cream frosting. It is covered with fondant and all decorations are handmade with fondant ... except the apple ... I used Satin Ice Fondant and unfortunately when my fondant apple dryed over night I woke up to tons of cracks so I had to go with a real apple.

Jungle Baby Shower Cake
This cake turned out really cute ... it is a french vanilla cake with butter cream frosting. I decorated it with fondant and the animals were made out of fondant (my very first ones so I felt they didnt turn out to bad). The second cake is a little plain (IMO) but I ran out of room for all the animals so at the very last minute 1.5 hours before the cake was due I decided to bake another cake to add on and didnt have alot of time to decorate it.

Littlest Pet Shop Cake
This is a chocolate cake with chocolate pudding and toffee sprinkle filling. My husband carved the initial shape for me and then I did the rest with fondant. The LPS figures are plastic toys. It turned out really cute except I wasn't pleased with the darker yellow paw print ... it was lighter when I first put it on the cake and I knew it would darken some I just didnt expect it to darken so much.
Pokemon Cake
This is a birthday cake for a friends little girl. It is french vanilla with chocolate buttercream filling and the sides have chocolate buttercream. The top is decorated with buttercream and fondant. My kids wanted to help make Sophia's cake so my daughter made the fruit and sandwich and two of the water pokemon and my son made the lava rocks. I think it turned out super cute and it was alot of fun to make.
